RevoMart LLC (“RevoMart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Metro Detroit company launching unattended retail amenities, smart coolers and compact micro-markets, designed to be placed inside commercial properties such as apartment buildings, gyms, offices, hospitals, and hospitality venues. We are currently selecting early property partner locations for our first pilot placements. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in two related contexts:

• Property contacts, owners, managers, and staff who inquire about, qualify for, or host (or plan to host) a RevoMart pilot placement; and
• End users, residents, employees, members, guests, or visitors who, at a host property where RevoMart equipment is placed, purchase from a RevoMart cooler or micro market.

It also covers visitors to revomartllc.com (the “Site”). Some sections below describe practices that will apply once Equipment is placed at a host location; those practices apply only at locations where RevoMart Equipment is actually in service.

When you submit a contact form, site assessment request, or pilot interest form, we collect:

• Name, email, and phone number
• Company / property name and your role
• Property type (multifamily, gym, office, hospital, hospitality, etc.) and city
• Qualification details you provide, such as approximate property scale, primary users, indoor placement options, available power and internet, hours of access, square footage, foot traffic estimates, and intended use case or amenity tier
• Notes, messages, and any other content you choose to share

We use this information to evaluate fit, schedule walkthroughs, design and price a configuration, coordinate installation and ongoing service, and stay in touch about your account.

Where RevoMart Equipment is placed at a host location, the Equipment uses cashless checkout. We do not sell to anonymous browsing visitors on this Site. Once a placement is live, an end user at that host location may interact with a cooler or micro market kiosk, and in that context the following may be processed:

• Payment data, card details are collected and processed directly by our payment and kiosk providers (for example, card networks and PCI-compliant payment processors). RevoMart does not store full card numbers.
• Transaction metadata, items purchased, amount, timestamp, and the specific machine/location, used for inventory, restocking, fraud prevention, and reporting.
• Equipment telemetry, temperature, door events, stock levels, and basic device health. This is operational data about the equipment, not data about identifiable users.
• On-device cameras / sensors, where the equipment includes them, are used solely to confirm what was taken from a cooler so the user is charged correctly. We do not use this footage for marketing or facial recognition, and we do not provide individualized purchase history back to the host property.

If the host property posts signage about the equipment, that signage may also reference these practices. End users with questions can contact us at hello@revomartllc.com.

When you browse revomartllc.com we automatically collect limited technical information including IP address, user-agent string, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used to operate the Site, debug issues, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage. The Site may also use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand site activity and measure the performance of our advertising. RevoMart does not sell personal information.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries and qualify properties for pilot placements
• Plan, place, stock, restock, clean, service, and monitor smart coolers and compact micro-markets at host properties where RevoMart Equipment is placed
• Run pilot programs and review usage with the host property afterwards
• Process and reconcile cashless transactions at the Equipment
• Detect fraud, theft, equipment misuse, and security incidents
• Send operational and account-related communications
• Improve product mix, pricing, equipment configuration, and the Site
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use end-user transaction data for third-party advertising.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers, hosting and database providers, kiosk and payment processors, telemetry/inventory platforms, email delivery, and analytics tools, each bound by contract to use the data only to provide services to us.
• Host properties, limited operational reporting (e.g., aggregate usage, restock cadence, service history). We do not share individual end-user purchase histories with host properties.
• Legal and safety, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RevoMart, host properties, or the public, including investigation of theft or vandalism at a machine.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

We retain inquiry and qualification data for as long as needed to evaluate and serve the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Once placements are live, transaction and telemetry data from Equipment will be retained for the period needed for accounting, dispute resolution, warranty, and legal compliance, and will then be deleted or aggregated.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS for the Site, access-controlled databases, and reliance on PCI-compliant payment providers for card data. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, or, once placements are live, to ask a question about a specific transaction at a RevoMart cooler or micro market, email hello@revomartllc.com. You can opt out of non-transactional emails by replying with “unsubscribe.” Operational messages about an active pilot placement or transaction may continue.

The Site uses essential cookies needed for it to function and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit some functionality.

The Site and our B2B services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. End-user purchases at host locations are governed by the policies of the payment networks and the host property.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our equipment, services, and host relationships evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
