These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RevoMart website at revomartllc.com (the “Site”), inquiries you submit through it, and, once placements are live, your use of RevoMart smart coolers, compact micro-markets, and related unattended retail equipment (collectively, the “Equipment”) placed at host properties in Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. The Site is operated by RevoMart LLC (“RevoMart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any Equipment placed at a host property is operated by RevoMart. By using the Site or any RevoMart Equipment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

RevoMart is launching unattended retail amenities, smart coolers and compact micro-markets, for placement inside commercial properties such as apartment buildings, gyms, offices, hospitals, and hospitality venues. We are currently selecting early property partner locations for our first pilot placements, and where a placement goes live we coordinate setup, stocking, service, and operation of the Equipment. We are an independent company and are not a property manager, landlord, employer, healthcare provider, or fitness provider. The host property is responsible for the building, common areas, and its own relationship with residents, employees, members, or guests.

Information submitted through our contact, site-assessment, qualification, or pilot interest forms is used to evaluate whether your property is a fit for a RevoMart pilot placement. Submitting an inquiry, qualifying online, or expressing pilot interest does not create a binding agreement and does not obligate RevoMart to place, operate, or continue any service.

Any pilot placement (including 60-90 day pilots) or longer-term operation will be governed by a separate written host or service agreement between RevoMart and the property. That agreement will control over these Terms in case of conflict regarding the placement itself.

You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the property or organization referenced.

Once RevoMart Equipment is placed at a host location, by using a RevoMart cooler or micro market you acknowledge that:

• Equipment is cashless. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorize the charge for items you take or scan.
• Pricing, item availability, product mix, and hours of access may vary by location and may change at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for inspecting items before consumption and for following posted instructions, age restrictions, allergen warnings, and labeling.
• Tampering with, damaging, or removing items without payment from Equipment is prohibited and may be reported to the host property and law enforcement.

For refunds, charge disputes, or product issues, contact hello@revomartllc.com with the location, date, time, and item. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues, typically by refund or credit.

We work to keep accurate product, allergen, and expiration information at the Equipment, but errors can occur. If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, review packaging carefully before consuming any item. RevoMart does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and items offered may change based on demand and supplier availability.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or our Equipment; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or Equipment; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form; or (d) scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.

The Site and its content, including the RevoMart name, logo, branding, text, graphics, representative and concept imagery, photos of placements, and code, are owned by RevoMart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Equipment and its software are also protected. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written consent.

RevoMart relies on third-party providers for things like hosting, payment processing, kiosk software, and telemetry. Your use of the Equipment may be subject to those providers’ terms (for example, card network rules). RevoMart is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Site.

The Site, the Equipment, and the products available from it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law (for example, basic warranties relating to food sold for consumption).

We do not warrant that the Site or Equipment will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always stocked with any particular item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevoMart and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, the Equipment, or any inquiry or transaction. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single transaction at the Equipment will not exceed the amount paid for that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevoMart and its host properties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Site or Equipment, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may add, modify, relocate, or remove Equipment as pilot placements come online and evolve, change product offerings or pricing, and update or discontinue features of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site or Equipment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Equipment will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
